Inns of Court officials have confirmed that its Council are preparing a feasibility study on the launch of a law school, which if given approval would inject competition into the market for providers of the Bar Professional Training Course. The Council wants to make it more affordable to enter the legal profession, having becoming increasingly concerned at the rise in fees charged by commercial providers.
