The OISC and Barristers

A guidance note issued by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) and the Bar Standards Board sets out the barristers who, under Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 s.84(2), are able to provide immigration advice and services without being regulated by the OISC, as well as those barristers who may require OISC regulation to provide such advice.
