Unregistered barrister Rajesh Babajee disbarred for misappropriating client funds as a solicitor

An independent disciplinary tribunal, at a hearing on Thursday 16 February 2017, ordered unregistered barrister Rajesh Babajee to be disbarred for dishonestly misappropriating client funds during a 2009 conveyancing transaction, conduct for which he was struck off as a solicitor in April 2016.
